What size should I order?
Our sizing is true to size unless otherwise stated, so if you want a larger fit we recommend ordering a size larger than your perfect fit. You can refer to the sizing guide on each product page for the exact measurements of that garment.

Where is my order?
The tracking number has been automatically sent to the email you used to make the purchase, in case you have not received it, please contact us.
Shipments
Deliveries take between 5/7 working days and are made nationally with the company CORREOS. Once we receive your order, we will prepare it and take it to the shipping office. When the order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code so that you can always know where it is. You can check it on the CORREOS website (www.correos.es), and you will also receive an SMS to manage the delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY
If your order is less than 100€, the delivery costs will be 3,99€. If your order exceeds 100€, the delivery will be free only in Spain.
Returns, changes & refunds
CHANGES
We know that sometimes it is not easy to buy online: there are many brands and each of them have different sizes and measurements, you never know exactly how the material will fit, if the colour will look the same on the screen as in reality... Therefore, we want to reward all of you who take the risk and trust us by offering a return process as simple as possible. Orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt if they have not been washed or used, and if they retain the original labels.
The process is very easy:
- Notify us by email
- Pack the garments well in the box we send you.
- Go to the nearest post office.
- At the same time we will send the other package with the correct size.
These costs are at our expense.
RETURNS
Size exchanges in Spain
Size exchanges are processed through a delivery with simultaneous pickup service.
We will send the requested size and, at the time of delivery, the customer must hand the item to be returned to the courier.
In this case, Delaccua covers the shipping costs of the size exchange.
For orders shipped within Europe (outside Spain):
