What size should I order?

Our sizing is true to size unless otherwise stated, so if you want a larger fit we recommend ordering a size larger than your perfect fit. You can refer to the sizing guide on each product page for the exact measurements of that garment.

Where is my order?

The tracking number has been automatically sent to the email you used to make the purchase, in case you have not received it, please contact us.


Deliveries take between 48/72 working hours and are made nationally with the company CORREOS. Once we receive your order, we will prepare it and take it to the shipping office. When the order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code so that you can always know where it is. You can check it on the CORREOS website (, and you will also receive an SMS to manage the delivery.


If your order is less than 60€, the delivery costs will be 3,99€. If your order exceeds 60€, the delivery will be free only in Spain.


Returns, changes & refunds


We know that sometimes it is not easy to buy online: there are many brands and each of them have different sizes and measurements, you never know exactly how the material will fit, if the colour will look the same on the screen as in reality... Therefore, we want to reward all of you who take the risk and trust us by offering a return process as simple as possible. Orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt if they have not been washed or used, and if they retain the original labels.

The process is very easy:

  1. Notify us by email
  2. Pack the garments well in the box we send you.
  3. Go to the nearest post office.
  4. Tell the person at the post office that it is a return for Delaccua and show them the barcode that we will send you in the mail.
  5. At the same time we will send the other package with the correct size.

These costs are at our expense.


In case you prefer a refund, after your e-mail informing us about it, we will contact you to proceed with the refund. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the amount of the garments to be returned. Once we have checked that the garment is in the same condition in which it was received, we will proceed to refund the money.
