Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At Delaccua, we accept returns and size exchanges under the following conditions.

Return period

In accordance with European Union e-commerce regulations, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Delaccua reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns within Spain

Customers located in Spain

Customer-arranged return

Customers may return the product using a courier of their choice. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping cost paid at checkout.

Size exchanges in Spain

Customers may return the product using a courier of their choice. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send the new product.

Returns and exchanges within Europe

For orders shipped within Europe (outside Spain):

  • The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs

  • Delaccua does not cover additional transport costs

Defective items or order errors

If the product received is defective, damaged, or there has been an error in the order, Delaccua will cover all return, collection, or replacement shipping costs.

Customers may be asked to provide photos of the issue for verification.

Product bundles

For bundles that include multiple items, returns or exchanges cannot be made partially. The bundle must be returned in full.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
